The property management division of Carter Towler has successfully renegotiated a 3 year contract to manage over 400 properties for the Co-operative Group.
We will be responsible for managing former food stores, funeral homes and other none-trading properties owned by the Co-operative throughout Yorkshire, the North East and North West.
The contract covers a comprehensive range of property management services including rent and service charge collection, lease management and financial compliance.
Commenting on the reappointment, Matthew Faulkes said: “We are extremely pleased to have won this extensive property management contract again. We are very fortunate to have been working with the Co-operative for 20 years.
“Carter Towler has one of the most successful independent property management divisions in the UK and property asset management is the largest part of the business accounting for over 45% of the company’s turnover.”
