Colas Expands Northern Operations with Strategic move to Elland Road
Colas, which is part of the international Colas Group, operates throughout the UK delivering infrastructure projects as well as long term maintenance contracts for clients, has taken a 10 year lease on 8,700 sq ft Unit 1. The property has recently been entirely refurbished by the business parks’ owner property development and investment company Gatsby Group.
Commenting on the move, Rick Fraser said: “The relocation to Landmark Court will be a very positive move for Colas’ northern operations I’m sure. Gatsby Group has invested over £200,000 upgrading the office facilities across the business park and the surrounding landscaping. These top quality, detached and self-contained office buildings are now attracting a considerable amount of interest not just because of the improved specification but the highly accessible location too. There aren’t many offices like this so close the city and the motorway network.”
