Carter Towler has appointed a new director, Clem McDowell. Clem has joined our highly successful office agency team where he will work alongside Richard Fraser and Harriet Lawson.
Clem was an associate director at Jones Lang LaSalle where he gained 8 years office agency experience. During that time he was instrumental in the acquisition, sale and letting of a large number of Leeds city centre and out of town offices at developments including Wellington Place and Thorpe Park.
