Acting on behalf of developer Marshall CDP we have successfully negotiated the letting of Unit 4A, Data Drive, South Kirkby Business Park to Deltec International Courier. Deltec International, who has 10 offices across the UK and operates in over 200 countries worldwide, has signed a new 9 year lease for the 13,600 sq ft depot.
