Acting on behalf of Mileway, the leading pan-European last mile logistics real estate company, Carter Towler and GV & Co have successfully let all three units at the newly completed Norquest Industrial Estate at Birstall.
Refrigerated logistics company, Igloo Thermo Logistics, has expanded its operations, moving from Morley to a larger 36,383 sq ft unit at Norquest Industrial Estate. The second unit comprising 33,020 sq ft has been let to global kitchen and bathroom surface supplier Neolith UK, and an EV charging business has taken the remaining 7,211 sq ft unit.
Commenting on the trio of deals, Josh Holmes said: “This has been a fantastic scheme to be involved with. There has been a great team effort throughout, right from the initial design stages, through to achieving planning permission and on to completion. It demonstrates the shrewd decision from Mileway in speculatively developing the site.”
Mileway’s associate director James Chasen added: “This is a good example of how Mileway is helping reinvent industrial space to meet current market needs. Not only have we added in must- have features for today’s businesses, such as extensive yard space, loading docks and EV charging, but we have also created a future proofed environmentally efficient space.”
“We are delighted to welcome these three new customers and support them in the next stage in their development.”
