Planning permission has just been granted for four high specification industrial units ranging from 10,000 sq ft to 20,000 sq ft, bringing the total number of properties built by Marshall CDP at the new industrial park to 12.

South Kirkby Enterprise Zone is close to Leeds, Wakefield, Doncaster and Barnsley. It is adjacent to the new A628 link road which connects directly with the A1 and M1 motorways.
