Ashley Smith Surveyors, part of the Carter Towler Group based in the North East, has been assisting innovative electrical cabling products company D-Line with their ambitious expansion plans.
The multi award-winning manufacturer has just moved into a 50,000 sq ft warehouse and office facility close to its original HQ at the Tyne Tunnel Trading Estate, North Shields in a deal negotiated by Stephen Smith.
“We have been working closely with D-Line,” explains Stephen, “and it’s good to see just how well the business is flourishing. The move to these much larger premises will enable them to significantly increase their production and distribution capabilities which in turn will facilitate their continued growth.
“The team at Ashley Smith has assisted D-Line with other property related projects this year including negotiating a rent review on their behalf for their previous property.”
The property D-Line is vacating is now surplus to their requirements and available to let. The 24,070 sq ft unit has ground floor offices, workshops and stores in addition to 13 car parking spaces and an enclosed service yard.
