With over 30 years’ experience in the property industry, Matthew brings extensive expertise to his leadership role at Carter Towler. His multi-disciplinary background has helped him build a highly efficient and cohesive Property Management team, which has grown to become one of the most successful independent teams outside of London.

The department’s impressive growth is largely driven by client recommendations and its ability to provide a comprehensive range of services. Matthew’s team consistently implements effective strategies that minimise risk, manage liabilities, and prioritise tenant retention.
