Chris is an MRICS-qualified Chartered Surveyor with extensive expertise in valuations and lease advisory services. He has built a strong reputation for his exceptional knowledge and insight, having worked with a diverse range of clients, including major financial institutions, pension funds, corporate landlords, high-net-worth individuals, and occupiers.
As the head of Carter Towler’s Professional Services department, Chris leads one of the region’s most active teams. He and his colleagues provide expert guidance on a range of services, including valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals, dispute resolution, and portfolio management.
Chris and his team are trusted advisors to many leading lending panels including Handelsbanken, Lloyds Bank, HSBC, Barclays, Cambridge and Counties Bank, Aldermore Bank, Shawbrook Bank, and Reward Finance.
