Paloma Capital appointed Carter Towler to market a 23,082 sq ft vacant industrial unit at Marrtree Business Park, Bradford.
The London-based private equity investment company, who recently purchased the entire 206,098 sq ft estate on Bowling Back Lane close to the M606 at Bradford, has just completed an extensive £400,000 refurbishment programme.
Commenting on the appointment Josh Holmes said: “This is a fabulous instruction for us, having jointly advised Paloma Capital on the purchase of the estate, it’s great to be working with them again. The improvements being made at Marrtree are complete now and the available property, Unit 3, will make an impressive headquarters for a distribution or manufacturing company.
“The commitment Paloma Capital has made to the industrial market, not just here in Bradford but across the region, is remarkable. They have been very active acquiring a number of large industrial parks including the 345,000 sq ft Greens Industrial Estate in Wakefield and the 400,000 sq ft Dearne Mills Distribution Centre in Barnsley. The company also owns assets in Rotherham, Leeds and Sheffield and is looking to make further acquisitions.”
