Ethical speciality coffee company Shiloh Coffee Roasters has moved into a 1,400 sq ft ground floor unit in Mill 6 at Mabgate Mills, Leeds 9 in a deal negotiated jointly by Carter Towler and Atkinson Associates.
Shiloh, which was established in 2016 by Jean and Mark Armstrong, imports coffee from sustainable sources worldwide. The company is moving to larger premises in order to open a coffee shop and expand its roasting operation.
Commenting on the move Jean Armstrong of Shiloh said: “Carter Towler and Atkinson Associates have been fantastic to work with they helped us so much with planning permission and dealing with landlord on sorting out the lease. We are thrilled with the new premises at Mabgate and can’t wait to start sharing our coffees with visitors to our new shop and café.”
Harriet Lawson added: “I’m sure Shiloh’s coffee will prove to be very popular at Mabgate. This part of town is really flourishing now, there are over 30 businesses in the mills alone and of course there are lots of others close by as well as the new Leeds City College Quarry Hill campus which is due to open in September.”
A number of units of varying sizes from 280 – 2,032 sq ft are still available.
