Carter Towler has successfully secured a second office tenant for newly refurbished Ambler House on Boar Lane, opposite Trinity Leeds. Innovative debt solutions company, Freeze Debt, has signed a 6 year lease on a 1,070 sq ft 3rd floor suite.

The entire 14,500 sq ft, 5 storey building which forms an integral part of Trevelyan Square has been extensively upgraded in a complex renovation scheme managed by Carter Towler’s building services division.
