Mountpark Ferrybridge

The masterplan provides for a range of units between 100,000 sq ft and 620,000 sq ft and each unit has been designed to an unrivalled specification, with focus on maximising operational efficiencies, providing flexibility and improved employee welfare and external landscaped environments. These buildings will aim to achieve net zero embodied carbon following the UK Green Building Council framework.
